Booty Boot Camp

If you feel your “rear view” needs a makeover, a short focused fitness routine can help give you a lift!

Booty Boot Camp is a 5-day program designed to target not only fitness, but also nutritional tips and encouragement that will leave you feeling good inside, and looking good outside. Focusing on the booty and surrounding areas, you will receive a daily exercise routine that is easy to follow and is tailored to beginner-intermediate fitness levels, which can be modified as needed.

Disclaimer: This is a NO EXCUSE zone – when you commit to this short program, you will be held to completing the 5-days of activity, reporting your progress and engaging with your coach, or you’re out. We don’t do “fly on the wall” because it doesn’t get you the results you’re looking for.
